Romantic Dining Redefined: Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Kutir in Chelsea
If you are currently making Valentine’s Day plans and you fancy dining with your beloved in the affluent environs of Chelsea, there could scarcely be a more alluring option than Kutir – and not only because of the delectable menu we have had specially prepared for the day.
That’s because, here at Kutir, we are dedicated to providing not just a romantic taste experience, but also an all-round visual and sensory experience.
Our prestigious eatery is situated in an elegant townhouse property on Chelsea’s Lincoln Street, and embodies all of the style and splendidness that you would expect from a in-demand destination for Valentine’s dining.
But what does Kutir truly stand for as a high-end restaurant in one of London’s most glamorous localities, and what does that mean for the gastronomic delights you will be able to enjoy here this Valentine’s Day?
Home-style Cuisine, Professionally Cooked – And Born Out of a Love of India
Kutir may be an Indian restaurant in west London, but from the moment you venture into our establishment, you will quickly realise that it embodies so much more: a sense of discovery and adventure, as well as a love of both the traditions and innovations of India, which remains one of the most majestic parts of the world.
A British Restaurant Awards winner, our venue represents more than a mere homage to the best in Indian cuisine and culture. That is because it is rooted in utter authenticity, our Michelin-starred chef Rohit Ghai having drawn upon a love affair with food dating back to warm memories of his mother’s kitchen in his native Punjab area of India.
Kutir opened in 2018, marking the first solo venture of Ghai and his business partner Abhishake Sangwan. Rohit and Abhishake have invested every last bit of their far-reaching expertise and experience into making Kutir the Chelsea culinary success story that it has become, and this love and commitment is very much reflected in its Valentine’s menu, too.
Diners with us on the day can take their pick from our Signature and Vegetarian menus, both priced at £75 per person, with wine pairing able to be added for £55 per person.
Commencing with an amuse bouche of aloo tikki honey yoghurt, and continuing through to such delights as shellfish masala, lamb black cumin and sea bass moilee in the case of our Signature menu, or cauliflower textures, morels gooseberry and paneer parcel if you favour the Vegetarian menu, Kutir has it all for your irresistible Valentine’s Day meal.
Your visit will conclude with the serving of chocolate orange meringue, chilli and doughnut, or bhappa doi steamed yoghurt, caviar, and tuile – just the thing for concluding your evening in the most unspeakably romantic mood.
