Discover Kutir

Discover Kutir, Chef Rohit Ghai’s first solo venture, which opened in late 2018. In previous roles, he became the first Indian Chef to achieve a Michelin star in under one year.

Additionally, Kutir is a restaurant born from a love affair with Indian wildlife lodges and great feasts that took place there. For example, to dine at Kutir is to indulge and experience a special part of India. It’s a world of rich banquets and convivial celebrations.

Step into Kutir and we will transport you to a time of magnificent wildlife, abundant forestry and deep human connection. A world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

“I have loved each restaurant I’ve opened in London, but it feels even more special to open my own space. Kutir is inspired by mine and Abhi’s early careers in luxury Indian heritage hotels within wildlife sanctuaries across India”

Rohit Ghai, Chef Patron

Rohit Ghai and Abhishake Sangwan have led some of this country’s most decorated establishments – earning a Michelin star in the process.

Kutir is their first solo project. In fact, inspired by India’s wildlife and countryside stories, it draws influence from early careers in luxury properties. Hence, these were nestled in India’s forestry.

All in all, Kutir promises a place of escapism and discovery – and everyone is welcome to come and explore it.
